We have never been to Hotel Silver**** before. Can I still register then?
Yes. Anyone who wants to relax with us at a discount or who wants to enjoy the additional benefits of the program in the future can join our regular guest program. What's more, it's worth joining before the first reservation, because this way you can credit the EUR 2,5 points you received for registration from the first reservation, and you'll also be entitled to an immediate 5% discount.
I have been to the hotel many times, I am a regular guest. Do I still have to register?
Yes. We warmly welcome our long-time guests to our new loyalty program. We also notified our regular guests about the departure in a separate e-mail. If you have not received a registration e-mail from us, please contact us. By clicking on the link in the letter, you can register in the program by simply entering a password.
For what can I get points?
You will receive loyalty points for every booking you make in the loyalty program. After your departure, the points are activated and you can use them for up to 10% of the reservation amount on your next reservation.
How can I redeem the points?
Before requesting an offer or making an online reservation on our hotel's website, please join the loyalty program. If you have usable points, when finalizing the reservation, the system will automatically offer you the option to deduct the amount corresponding to the given amount of points from the total amount to be paid.
How long are my points valid for?
The points can be used for 365 days.
