Only persons with appropriate qualifications, registered and authorized by the operator of the facility are entitled to hold sports activities, education and training throughout the Recreation Centre.
The services of the Recreation Centre are available exclusively in the open hours.
From Monday through Sunday: from 10:00 a.m. to 24:00 p.m. or upon preliminary harmonizing as requested.
Customer-Guests using services of the Recreation Centre are required to leave the premises on time, taking into consideration the closing hour.
If the operator prepares or produces advertising material in the area of the Recreation Centre in order to introduce its activity and the service it provides for any purpose, and any guest appears in it eventually, the guest may not make any claim against the operator in connection with the appearance of the advertising material, if previously (when the advertising material was created) the same was not objected to.
The Recreation Centre keeps a record of guests using sports facilities. The operator uses guest data only for its own records and may not disclose it to third parties.
For the guests’ safety the Recreation Centre is connected with the disaster protection through an alarm.
Guests using the services of the Recreation Centre must reimburse the service at the hotel reception.
Pre-booked fields can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours before they are due to be occupied. Otherwise, the guest making the booking will have to reimburse the price of the field the booking of which has not been cancelled.
Before using our sports services, it is recommended to undergo a medical examination, which informs about the current physical condition and reveals possible excluding reasons.
In the event of a serious or persistent violation of the provisions of the Rules of Procedure, the offender will be warned. In case the warning fails, the operator is entitled to call upon the guest to leave or to temporarily or permanently exclude the guest from among its members. The excluded, non-compliant guest may not make any claim against the operator. All guests in the area of the facility are obligated to maintain order and cleanliness, respect other guests, and observe the rules of civilized behaviour.
The guest shall be obliged to compensate for any damage resulting from the improper use of equipment.
The operator of the Recreation Centre shall not be liable for any damages caused to persons or property, if they result from non-compliance with the Policy or the irresponsible behaviour of the guests, nor for lost or stolen objects or valuables. We cannot take responsibility for valuables left unattended. All guests are required to submit in a documented manner at the hotel's reception lost and found items.
