You can cancel your booking 14 days before arrival free of charge.
As a guarantee for your booking we require 50 % of the package price 14 days before arrival (in the case of a reservation within 14 days, no later than 1 day after the reservation).
The transferred amount is not refundable. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days, the deposit is a cancellation fee.
In case of early departure or cancellation on the spot, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
If the booking amount is not received in our account by the above deadline, we will consider the booking withdrawn and cancel it.
