You can cancel your booking 30 days before arrival free of charge.
As a guarantee for your booking we require 50 % of the package price 30 days before arrival (in the case of a reservation within 30 days, no later than 1 day after the reservation).
The transferred amount is not refundable. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days, the deposit is a cancellation fee.
In case of early departure or cancellation on the spot, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
If the booking amount is not received in our account by the above deadline, we will consider the booking withdrawn and cancel it.
The hotel reserves the right to change the prices. The prices are valid until recalled!
